Women’s Health is a priority in Insurance & Payment Policies

We are sorry to ask about your insurance coverage when you visit our office. We prefer to focus on patient care. We now have to report to your insurance company because of changes in the insurance industry. You may need to refer to a primary care provider, or pre-authorize certain procedures. We must have information from you in order to comply with these insurance requirements. We appreciate your patience.
